JSL has a flexible business approach comprising two different models with the sole purpose of creating value for clients and long-term return on invested capital: asset-heavy and labor-heavy operations and asset-light operations for services in which this model is more efficient. The focus on the asset-right model places JSL as a highly resilient player during periods of market volatility.
