Record of R$2.5 billion in new contracts in Logistics and addition of 14,634 cars (+320%) in Movida in 2014


Mogi das Cruzes, February 26, 2015 – JSL (BM&FBOVESPA: JSLG3 and ADR Level 1: JSLGY) announces that it entered a record number of new contracts totaling approximately R$ 2.5 billion in Logistics (not including Movida) and added 14,634 cars (+320%) in Movida (versus December 2013) in 2014, in accordance with the highlights below.

Continued growth, supported by the broadest portfolio of logistics services in the country;

Contract terms of up to 10 years;

74% of which negotiated with existing clients (cross selling);

85% in Dedicated Services and 14% in Management and Outsourcing;

Investments of R$ 473 million.
