Record gross revenue from Logistics Services, 19.0% up on 2013

Mogi das Cruzes, February 03, 2014 – JSL (BM&FBOVESPA: JSLG3 and OTC: JSLGY) presents its preliminary and unaudited gross revenue figures for 4Q13 and 2013. Unless otherwise indicated, comparisons refer to the figures reported in 4Q12, 3Q13 and 2012. The Company is disclosing its gross revenue, although the figures are subject to possible change.

JSL‘s consolidated² gross revenue totaled R$5.241 billion in 2013, composed of R$4.072 billion from JSL Logística and R$1.229 million from JSL Concessionárias de Veículos and R$7.1 million from Movida. This amount already includes the eliminations from the transactions between JSL Logística, JSL Concessionárias and Movida.
