Notice to the Market – Replacement of Independent Audit Services

JSL S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA:JSLG3) (“Company” or “JSL”) hhereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Company’s Board of Directors’ meeting held today approved the contracting of KPMG Auditores Independentes (“KPMG”) to render independent audit services to the Company as of the first quarter of 2017, in replacement of PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores Independentes, whose services will end with the audit of the Company’s Financial Statements for the fiscal year ended on December 31, 2016. The change of the independent auditors is in accordance with the mandatory rotation provided for in CVM Instruction 308/99, as amended.

The Company also announces that it obtained the agreement of PricewaterhouseCoopers Auditores Independentes regarding the replacement mentioned above.
