JSL reports gross revenue of R$654.5 million in 2Q11, up 36.7% on 2Q10

Mogi das Cruzes, July 26, 2011 – JSL (BM&FBovespa: JSLG3), the company with the most extensive portfolio of logistics services in Brazil and the leader in its segment in terms of net revenue, hereby presents its preliminary and unaudited gross revenue figures for the second quarter (2Q11) and first half of 2011 (1H11). Comparisons refer to the second quarter (2Q10) and first half of 2010 (1H10), unless otherwise indicated. The Company is disclosing its gross revenue in advance, in line with its commitment to transparency towards the capital markets, though the figures may be subject to change.

JSL posted total gross revenue of R$654.5 million in 2Q11, up 36.7% on 2Q10, and R$1.210 billion in 1H11, up 33.0% on 1H10, in line with the Company’s expectations of annual growth of 25.0% in 2011, underlined by the fact that historically the second half makes a higher contribution to annual revenue from services on account of the normal seasonality of the sectors in which the Company operates, as well as the potential for additional revenue from the maturation of new contracts already negotiated.
