JSL reports 34.8% growth in Total gross revenue between 4Q10 and 4Q11

Mogi das Cruzes, February 10, 2012 – JSL (BM&FBOVESPA: JSLG3), the company with the broadest portfolio of logistics services in Brazil and the leader in its segment in terms of net revenue, hereby presents its preliminary and unaudited gross revenue figures for 4Q11 and 2011. Unless otherwise indicated, comparisons refer to 4Q10 and 2010. The Company, aiming at previously informing the market, is disclosing its gross revenue in advance, though the figures are subject to change.

JSL recorded Total gross revenue of R$ 852.8 million in 4Q11, up 34.8% over 4Q10, with R$ 624.6 million coming from Services, 18.4% upyear-on-year. Management and Outsourcing did exceptionally well, recording growth of 48.3%, as did Passenger Transportation, with growth of 41.7%, mostly due to charter services for private companies. In 2011, Dedicated Services accounted for 47.6% of gross revenue from Services, which, added to the 25.6% contribution from Management and Outsourcing, summed up 73.2%, in line with the Company’s strategy of broadening higher added-value services. Note that with the incorporation of Rodoviário Schio, gross revenue from Services includes Schio’s December 2011 revenue of R$ 41.4 million.
