JSL Logística reports growth of 34.4%, with record gross revenue from services in 3Q12

Mogi das Cruzes, October 29, 2012 – JSL (BM&FBOVESPA: JSLG3), the company with the broadest portfolio of logistics services in Brazil and the leader in its segment in terms of net revenue, hereby presents its preliminary and unaudited gross revenue figures for 3Q12 and 9M12. Unless otherwise indicated, comparisons refer to the figures reported¹ in 3Q11 and 9M11. The Company is disclosing its gross revenue, although the figures are subject to possible change.

JSL Logística²

JSL registered record gross revenue from services of R$806.5 million in 3Q12, a 34.4% increase over 3Q11, in line with the Company’s guidance announced on February 10, 2012. Total gross revenue came to R$860.4 million in the third quarter, 25.4% more than in 3Q11.
