JSL Logística negotiates a total of R$913 million in new contracts in the first five months of 2012

Mogi das Cruzes, June 26, 2012 – JSL (BM&FBovespa: JSLG3), the company with the broadest portfolio of logistics services in Brazil and the leader in its segment in terms of net revenue, announces the negotiation of new contracts in the total amount of R$913 million between January and May 2012 (including the Eldorado Celulose e Papel contract, disclosed in the press release of June 22, 2012). This amount will be received in up to 8 years, 74% of which in the first 5 years. It is worth noting that the new contracts in 5M12 come close to the same level disclosed in the same period last year, despite the current macroeconomic scenario.

Of this total, 53% were negotiated with existing clients (cross-selling), underlining the Company’s solid history of continuously expanding its operations in the integration of its partners’ logistics processes, and also reflecting these clients’ recognition of the quality, security and competitiveness of the Company’s services. The remaining 47% with new clients represents a new platform for future service increases via cross-selling.
