JSL Logística estimates an increase between 15% and 19% in gross revenue from services and EBITDA in 2013 versus 2012

Mogi das Cruzes, April 11, 2013 – JSL S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: JSLG3 and ADR level I: JSLGY), announces estimates of revenue, EBITDA and CAPEX to 2013 as described below:

Gross revenue from logistics services – between R$ 3.540 billion and R$ 3.660 billion, an increase of 15% to 19%, respectively, over 2012;
EBITDA Consolidated – between R$ 700 million and R$ 720 million, being R$ 680 million to R$ 700 million from Logística and R$ 20 million from Concessionárias;
Gross CAPEX of R$ 1.0 billion approximately and R$ 700 million of net CAPEX.
