JSL announces R$ 1.1 billion in Logistics new contracts and 4,262 cars (+93%) added at Movida in 1H14


Mogi das Cruzes, September 11, 2014 – JSL (BM&FBOVESPA: JSLG3 and ADR Level 1: JSLGY) announces new contracts totaling approximately R$ 1.1 billion in Logistics (does not include Movida), and addition of 4,262 cars (+93%) in Movida (comparisons with December 2013) in 1H14, as shown below:

Continued growth, supported by the broadest portfolio of logistics services in the country;

Volume increase over same period in 2013 (+10%);

Terms of up to 7 years;

81% negotiated with existing clients (cross selling);

99% in Dedicated Services and Management and Outsourcing;

Capex of R$ 290 million, to be performed throughout the year
