2011 ANNUAL REPORT – GRI Standard

Mogi das Cruzes, July 04, 2012 – JSL (BM&FBovespa: JSLG3), the company with the broadest portfolio of logistics services in Brazil and the leader in its segment in terms of net revenue, presents its 2011 Annual Report. The document features the main accomplishments in 2011 and a complete vision of the Company under all aspects –Business, Economic and Financial, Strategy, Stakeholders and Sustainability.

The figures confirm the continuous development of the Company, which resulted primarily from organic growth, withNet Revenue of R$2.4 billion and recurring EBITDA of R$ 444.4 million, representing increases of 19% and 35% over 2010, respectively, and recurring Net Income of R$ 71.0 million. In the year, we entered into NEW CONTRACTSworth R$ 1.8 billion and invested R$ 860.6 million, 75% of which to the expansion of our businesses. We received the ILOS Award in the category BEST LOGISTICS OPERATOR IN BRAZIL for the third consecutive year and were elected the largest road cargo transportation company in terms of net operating revenue by the Transporte Moderno magazine.

Also worth highlighting are the acquisitions of Rodoviário Schio, which placed the Company in a leading position in the market of controlled temperature cargo, and of Simpar Concessionárias, which reinforced the asset resale structure. In addition, we launched JSL Aluguel de Caminhões (JSL Truck Rental) and created the Centro de Memória e Cultura Julio Simões (Julio Simões Memory and Culture Center), aimed at disclosing and perpetuating our values and which is scheduled to be inaugurated to the community in August 2012 to serve as inspiration for the development of the people.

The report has been prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), an international standard comprising a set of indicators of management practices and performance under the economic, social and environmental scopes, in line with the best corporate governance practices.
